Exchange and Return Policy

 

Fitting Option at Delivery:

  • Our representative can wait while you try on the item.
  • If you are satisfied with the fit, you can accept the order and make payment.
  • If you choose not to accept the order, you will only be responsible for the shipping fees.

Exchange/Return at Our Branch (in case immediate fitting is not possible):

  • If the delivery representative cannot wait for you to try on the item, you may exchange or return the item by visiting our branch.
  • This must be done within a maximum of two (2) days from the date you receive the order.
  • Please note that after this two-day period, we will not be able to process any exchanges or returns.
